• Assist clients with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, walking)
• Use and maintain assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, sit‑to‑stand, gait belts, slide boards, catheters, colostomy bags, and oxygen supplies
• Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors and the healthcare team
• Provide meaningful enrichment activities and companionship
• Support repositioning, transport to appointments
• Maintain cleanliness of client environment, including light housekeeping
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Complete charting and documentation accurately
• Follow Homestead policies and procedures

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
• Experience with medication administration
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 25 miles
• Availability for weekend shifts
