Universal Health Services - 1525 UNIVERSITY DR [Resident Aide / Nursing Assistant] As a Residential Care Specialist at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Provide a safe and therapeutic environment while providing care to children/adolescents in a manner that considers safety, residents rights and comfort;
Continuously observe the residents' behavior, mental status and activities, and report this information to the appropriate clinical staff;
