Character of Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Program Management with tracking jobs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain program timelines

* Assist Program Managers with daily project tasks

* Coordinate project kick-offs

* Initiate, monitor, and communicate project issues both internally and externally

* Project logistics coordination

* Project documentation and data control

* Report project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team

* Overview analysis of project financial results

* Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

* Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance

* Other duties as assigned

Skills

* Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

* Personal effectiveness/credibility

* Problem solving skills

* Effective time management skills

* Clear and consistent communication

Experience

* 2 years of manufacturing experience

* Aerospace Tooling experience

* Enovia experience preferred

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 2-year degree or equivalent
