Responsibilities

ducting tests on materials and battery cells and modules according to test procedures, including monitoring the test process, quality control, and reporting

Setting up the test bench, assembling and disassembling fixtures, preparing tools, and maintaining equipment

Analyzing test requirements to continuously develop testing technologies and data analysis methods

Supporting and training in the implementation and processing of various project tasks (including handling exceptions and test failures, data processing, preparing test reports, etc.)

Communicating with customers regarding the test project, supporting the preparation and implementation of customer audits and laboratory management certifications such as ISO 17025

Administrative and other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Chemistry or Engineering related majors are preferred.

Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting under uncertainty

English and Mandarin
U.S. green card holder or American citizen are preferred.
