Position:
Intralogistics Automation Solutions Sales Manager
Job Description:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing commercial activities in the North American market, focusing on automated warehouse solutions and automatic material handling systems. This professional will act as the main technical and commercial point of contact for industrial customers, system integrators, and local partners, contributing to business growth and brand consolidation in the region. The objective is to expand the company's presence in the North American market by developing long‑term relationships with customers and strategic partners, and by promoting high‑value technological solutions in the field of logistics automation.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the customer portfolio across the USA and Canada.
- Identify new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Conduct technical and feasibility analyses for automation and logistics projects.
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to define optimal solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, proposing business development strategies.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and margin targets.
Skills:
- Strong customer and results orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and autonomous.
- Team player with ability to work in multicultural and international environments.
- Technical degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields).
- 5 years of technical sales experience in automation systems, automated warehouses, or intralogistics.
- Proven track record in dealing with customers or projects in the North American market.
- Solid understanding of automated storage and handling systems (stacker cranes, shuttles, AGVs, conveyors, WMS).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plant layouts.
- Fluent in English;
French is a plus (for Canadian market). - Ability to travel up to 75%
