- Align and manage technical details throughout the project phase, ensuring implementation of global automation standards (e.g., PLC libraries, E-Plan standards)
- Ensure system and infrastructure availability for equipment installation, including space, utilities, and technical readiness
- Manage technical interfaces for assembly modules from multiple suppliers and monitor the quality, validity, and performance of external equipment deliveries
- Support the planning, design, installation, optimization, and technical handover of production and automation equipment
- Prepare E-Plans and electrical documentation for standard equipment and support project-specific adaptations
- Program and optimize robotic systems, including robot path programming, offline programming, design and simulation reviews (Robot Studio), and base program customization
- Identify market trends and innovations, provide robotic support and training as required, and travel domestically and internationally to support project needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 3 years of experience in controls engineering, including PLC and robot programming (e.g., Siemens, CC , SPS)
- Strong programming expertise in PLC/HMI systems and robotic applications, with solid understanding of I/O communication, robot-PLC interfaces, and overall PLC functionality
- Proficient in E-Plan software and Siemens TIA Portal, with hands‑on experience in automation systems supporting plant technologies such as screwing, dosing, conveyor/FTS systems, MES, and EOL testing
- Experience with CAD and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) and strong technical understanding of machine components, electrical installation, mechatronics, and machinery installation
- High understanding of maintenance concepts (PM, PdM, CM) with the ability to apply reliability‑focused and continuous improvement principles to automated production environments
