Description
We need someone to lead DFMEA, PFMEA, Quality Plan and Control plan development. This would require interfacing with the USG (our customer), the Mfg. contractor, and our internal team to get these moving. Person needs to be strong in their quality background because the multiple parties will push their knowledge.
Responsibilities- Company is assisting their customer with DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans. One big issue in the defense space right now is the library of parts that were once manufacturable are no longer manufacturable because for example the material might not be available anymore or it no longer meets the GD&T standards. Our client is assisting their customer with all of the following this individual should be able to speak on all of those effectively.
- Communication is crucial as they are getting to the stage of the program where customer interfacing is immediate. You need to be the subject matter expert in all areas explained above. They are evaluating how you communicate and fit in the culture. Risk mitigation is crucial and being a self-starter. No answer is not acceptable when dealing with the gov so you need to do your best to get a solution in place when limited information could be available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
