This Position reports to:
Director of Rebuild, CS Quality&Warranty

• Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
• Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality and timely implementation within the targeted cost.
• Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured, staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
• Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
• Develop solutions related to controls with multiple PLC brands.
• Coordinate controls resources during installs.
• Develop GUIs and HMIs.
• Mainly supporting Robotics paint and sealer installs.

• Bachelors' Degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, or related field).
• Highly skilled and enjoy working with highly technical projects in the robotics paint and sealer industry.
• 12+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, robotics, preferably supporting complex projects.
• Previous experience developing solutions in multiple PLC brands.
• Qualified in / Highly adept in leading a diverse group of technical leads, including remote resources.
• Innovative around delivering exceptionally executed projects on time and on budget.
