Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to support the development, validation, and performance tuning of vehicle chassis systems
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in vehicle dynamics testing, data analysis, and simulation, with a solid understanding of suspension, steering, and braking systems.

• Conduct vehicle dynamics evaluations on proving grounds and public roads to assess ride, handling, and stability.
• Support development and tuning of chassis systems such as suspension, steering, braking, and tires.
• Perform instrumented testing, data acquisition, and analysis to validate vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CAE, Controls, NVH, ADAS, etc.) to refine vehicle dynamics performance.
• Document test results and provide detailed engineering reports and recommendations.
• Support system‑level problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Use simulation and analysis tools to correlate test and model results.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in vehicle dynamics, chassis development, or ride & handling testing.
• Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANape, MATLAB, Diadem).
• Working knowledge of vehicle control systems (ABS, ESC, steering, suspension).
• Hands‑on experience in proving ground or on‑road testing.
• Familiarity with PLM tools, JIRA, and Agile methodology preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Car Sim, Adams, Simulink).
• Exposure to vehicle dynamics tuning or benchmarking.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for testing or validation activities.
