Product Line Manager

Product Line Manager contract opportunity with our client in Auburn Hills, Michigan
.

The product line manager is responsible for the total value chain and implementation of products, including new product strategy, launch and development activities, vendor and key account relations, and product business case financials.

• New product strategy, launch and development activities
• Vendor and key account relations
• Product business case financials
• Presentation of supply chain opportunities
• Coordination of promotions
• Product launch timing coordination
• Product bulletin review and updates

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other related major from an accredited University is required
• 3-5 years of experience

• Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt, negotiate and manage a project(s)
• Must be capable of managing tactical workload while developing & implementing strategies and process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word) and web-based applications
• Experience in SAP is not required, however would be an advantage
• Strong communication with all levels of management and peers, both internally and externally
• Strong desire to grow and learn in a challenging environment
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced global environment, interacting with global suppliers and team members
• Limited travel, mainly to Las Vegas for our annual show

Hybrid situation, on site three days a week with flexibility on specific days. Candidates may need to come in more frequently for training purposes during onboarding.
