• Evaluating residents and creating individualized treatment plans
• Delivering hands-on therapy that drives real progress
• Setting goals, tracking outcomes, and documenting care accurately
• Educating residents and families along the way
• Acting as a rehabilitation advocate and quality-of-care champion

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active, unrestricted PT license
• Solid understanding of Medicare and other payer sources
• Strong grasp of residents’ rights and ethical care
• Professional, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
