Our team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client in the Atwater market. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for 100+ salaried employees each week. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills-including proficiency in Outlook and ADP-who can quickly pick up new tasks, follow direction, and work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately process weekly payroll for 100+ salaried employees
+ Maintain and track employee clock in/out data using a simple time and attendance system
+ Perform extensive data entry and ensure all information is verified for accuracy
+ Run reports to capture missed punches and resolve discrepancies
+ Distribute payroll reports and maintain up-to-date payroll records
+ Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with employees and management about payroll-related matters
+ Perform calculations, reconciliations, and other payroll-related tasks with strong mathematical skills
+ Follow established procedures and work under direction while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
+ Proficient in Outlook, ADP, and general computer skills
+ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
+ Ability to pick up new processes quickly
+ Excellent work ethic and reliability
+ Strong mathematical and organizational skills
+ Effective communicator in both verbal and written formats
+ Previous payroll experience preferred
