SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism, Communication & SEMH) – Near Attleborough, Norfolk

Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Pay: £14 – £15.50 per hour (DOE)

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

You will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support guided by teachers and therapists

Assist with communication strategies and behaviour support plans

Take part in outdoor learning, forest school sessions and hands‑on activities

Build trusting, nurturing relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood

Play a key part in helping children regulate, learn and grow each day

What You’ll Need

A calm, caring and patient approach

Genuine passion for working with children with Autism and SEMH needs

SEN experience helpful (training provided for the right candidate)

Your own transport due to rural access

Willingness to be active, creative and outdoors in all seasons

What You’ll Receive

£14.01 – £15.40 per hour (DOE)

Free CPD training via Inspire EHC

Ongoing guidance from a dedicated consultant
