Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor who is passionate about helping others. In this role you will bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients in an intensive group home setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma‑informed care.
Schedule10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Wednesday – Saturday.
CompensationThe pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The range may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. Overtime may be mandated due to the nature of our work.
Training and Responsibilities- Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and modeling effective coping strategies.
- Help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills and more.
- Support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Remain awake throughout the overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license (transportation of students required).
- Available to work holidays and weekend shifts as required.
- Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to maintain a safe therapeutic atmosphere.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
