Overview
Dare Commercial Services is looking for an experienced individual to do site inspections at a commercial site for a client in North Attleboro, MA. You will be using a state of the art inspection app. You will be looking for maintenance related issues such as potholes, graffiti and debris among other issues. Must own an iOS tablet or smart phone. An inspection takes about 30 minutes.
Responsibilities- Perform site inspections at a commercial site for a client in North Attleboro, MA.
- Identify maintenance related issues such as potholes, graffiti and debris.
- Use a state of the art inspection app.
- Complete inspections in approximately 30 minutes.
- Own a smartphone or tablet (iOS preferred).
- Ability to be consistent.
- Reliable transportation.
