Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units.
Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
The Community Liaison serves as a liaison between referring professionals, community agencies, consumers and Fuller Hospital. Supports and advances the mission of Fuller Hospital as it relates to maintaining a positive image of the facility, building relationships with various stakeholders in the community, and account management.
Responsibilities- Relationship building with key stakeholders in the community including site visits and a minimum of 250 contacts per month; creates a presence in the community. Drives the daily expansion of Fuller Hospital’s client database.
- Account management.
- Reporting (including competitors, CRM, outreach, etc.).
- Attends resource/vendor fairs (behavioral health/healthcare related).
- Overall support of the Business Development Department, its campaigns, and missions.
- Identifies barriers to admission process and proposes potential solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Relationship Management or similar field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years in healthcare relationship management; preferably behavioral healthcare.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience utilizing outreach methods such as site visits, telephone calls, and social media platforms, with a primary focus on site visits, planned and unplanned.
- Experience representing organizations at community and regional events, vendor fairs, conferences.
- Event planning and marketing experience preferred.
- Behavioral health knowledge preferred.
- Skills:
- Impeccable communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools for documentation and management of outreach activities.
- Self‑starter and ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks.
- Problem solver with positive attitude and demeanor, always looking for the way to beat the goal.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and operations, especially ER intake, behavioral health center work.
- Drive engagement with organization via social media and referral survey responses.
