Our client, a prestigious Non‑Profit Healthcare Organization located in southeastern Massachusetts, seeks a Director of Health Services to join their team.
- Current licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
- 2‑5 years of nursing supervisory experience
- Experience working in a community healthcare setting; experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Willingness to become a Certified Medication Administration Program Trainer
- Must be willing to visit residential healthcare facilities as needed
- Ability to oversee medication administration policies and procedures including documentation, storage and disposal
Salary range: $110,000–$120,000 + bonus.
