Overview

Switchboard Operator Opportunity - This is a part time, 16 hour per week position working every Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm.

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units.

Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse.

• Operates hospital switchboard and acts as the receptionist at the front door
• Provides information needed for the census and statistical reports
• Maintains medical record integrity through filing, assembling and retrieving confidential information
• Performs various clerical duties as assigned

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience operating switchboard, inputting data into computer and operating other office equipment preferred
• Typing skills and computer literacy required
• Able to maintain confidentiality is required
• Possess knowledge and skills necessary to interact compassionately and appropriately with the mentally ill and their families
