Thriveworks is currently seeking a full-time, salaried Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. This opportunity allows the clinician to work alongside one of Thriveworks’ Integrated Health System partners, Sturdy Health, in Massachusetts. This role is a hybrid position with both virtual and in-person care at our clinical office in Attleboro, MA.

Sturdy Health is an independent, community-driven, fully-integrated health system offering hospital-based care, emergency and urgent care, primary care, and specialty care across the greater Attleboro region, including Attleboro, North Attleboro, Plainville, Mansfield, Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Norton. We operate as a not-for-profit organization serving communities and neighbors in Southeastern Massachusetts and neighboring Rhode Island. We’re hiring an LICSW licensed in Massachusetts at the address 8 N Main St #201, Attleboro, MA 02703, who is ready to make a difference and grow with us.

• Full-time role with 40 hours per week availability, averaging roughly 30-32 sessions
• Clinicians are comfortable providing a wide array of therapy, including individual therapy for adults, adolescents, children, and couples
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Clinicians who are excited to work with an integrated health system
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
• Virtual presence at occasional meetings with Clinical Supervisors, Quality Program Team, and Thriveworks Leadership

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
