Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are a dynamic agency offering generous compensation and premier benefits. This position is ideal for a newly licensed master’s level therapist who will receive supervision for independent licensure.
The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Optional 4‑day work week available! Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
