Environmental Team Lead – Full‑time (3rd Shift)

Join Sturdy Health as an Environmental Team Lead for a full‑time 3rd shift (40 hours per week). You will direct and coordinate activities of Environmental Services aides and project aides on the assigned shift, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Direct and coordinate activities and assignments of Environmental Services aides and/or project aides during the 3rd shift.
• Maintain documentation as appropriate and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Prioritize and problem solve to maintain workflow and daily activity.
• Make critical decisions to handle urgent or emergent situations within hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the care continuum, including patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Handle interruptions while maintaining momentum in meeting hospital‑wide environmental needs.
• Work independently exercising good judgment in addressing all task and staff related activities and challenges.

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping/environmental services experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
• Ability to think critically to make decisions and problem solve in urgent or emergent situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills when working with stakeholders across the care continuum.
• Ability and flexibility to handle interruptions while maintaining momentum.
• Ability to work independently exercising good judgment in addressing all task and staff related activities and challenges.

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role in an acute care setting.
• Strong computer knowledge.

• High school diploma. Some college preferred.
