Vascular Sonographer - Per Diem

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Lead Vascular Technologist, performs various types of non-invasive vascular testing. Must have knowledge of regulations governing vascular technology and function within the legal boundaries of vascular technology practice in an IAC accredited laboratory.
** Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/

Experience:

*** Minimum 1-2 years of vascular technologist experience
* Must be able to perform all vascular modalities
* Excellent verbal, written, communication, customer service and organizational skills
** Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/

Experience:

*** Previous experience with Cerner a plus
* Custom Lab (Software for IAC Accreditation)
*
* Educational Requirements:

** Completion of an accredited ultrasound school with a focus on vascular technology, and/or on-site apprenticeship with a vascular laboratory
** License/Certification:
** Must be a registered RVT (ARDMS), or CRV (CARDUP – Canadian equivalent)
