Maintenance Mechanic

Position: Maintenance Mechanic 1

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

+ Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

+ Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies

+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities

** Work Environment*
* This position involves working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
