• Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP‑CCC license in AL
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a DOR in a SNF setting or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
