Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid physical therapist state license

Responsibilities:
Summary: Provides physical therapy services, maintains positive interactions, develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and Techs, and manages cases, all while adhering to regulations and promoting quality care.
Essential Duties:
- Optimize patient functionality through therapy services
- Provide consultation and supervision to PTAs
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments
- Build and enhance the physical therapy program
- Develop clinical skills through ongoing education
- Maintain licensure and stay informed on professional issues
- Understand billing and treatment guidelines
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English
