What You’ll Be Doing- Provide timely, professional support to customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure seamless delivery.
- Communicate product, service, and delivery information clearly and confidently.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers clearly and respectfully.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical, customer-centered solutions.
- Team-oriented approach with the flexibility to support changing business needs.
This role operates in a professional office or hybrid setting, requiring regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Work involves collaborating with internal teams and supporting customer needs through consistent, reliable communication.
