The Shipping & Receiving Driver (Non‑CDL) supports warehouse operations by accurately receiving, processing, organizing, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment. This hybrid role includes warehouse responsibilities and the operation of standard‑shift (manual transmission) trucks for material transport to job sites and vendor locations. It is a key role ensuring timely material flow and jobsite readiness for field operations.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
• Process, store, and maintain inventory in accordance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Organize tools, equipment, and materials; maintain cleanliness and safety across warehouse spaces.
• Support warranty returns, vendor coordination, and completion of receiving documentation.

• Safely operate company vehicles (manual transmission) to deliver materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify all outgoing loads; secure materials properly and ensure truck is not overloaded.
• Assist with loading and unloading using proper lifting techniques or equipment.
• Maintain communication with Warehouse Manager or Dispatch for delivery instructions and updates.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections (tires, lights, fluids, brakes) and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when not driving, including stocking, staging materials, and yard/shop upkeep.
• Follow all company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and PPE policies.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or material handling (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to drive manual (standard‑shift) trucks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, squat, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain preferred.
