Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order, and paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain merchandise displays in proper order.
• Conduct paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
