This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8a‑4:30p and Wednesday 10:30a‑7p
• Patients per day: 18
• Practice Setting:
  Wellness Clinic
• Scope:
  Inpatient
• Licensure:
  Michigan state medical license, BLS, Board Certified, DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: one week
