We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive the overall brand, growth, and customer engagement strategy for PCI Federal and all subsidiary government contractor companies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative leader who can translate business goals into innovative marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Work with and coordinate marketing with the Tribal government and other Tribal entities to ensure we stay aligned with the Poarch Creek Indian brand guidelines.
- Lead and manage the marketing efforts across digital, brand, communications, and creative functions.
- Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development and executive teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to identify insights and optimize strategies.
- Manage public relations, media partnerships, and event marketing to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and emerging challenges.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, receptions, and other events.
- Initiate and manage discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies.
- Travel required.
- Other duties as may be needed/assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferred, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Experience in government contracting is a plus.
