Responsibilities / Qualifications
  • Specialty:
    Labor and Delivery
  • Discipline: RN
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience preferred
  • Monitor and coordinate patient care with health team members
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Transports patients as needed and maintain cleanliness of rooms
  • Maintain stock of supplies and participate in on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Physical abilities to move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push/pull, bend and twist
  • Provide patient care in accordance with unit procedures and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
