A community support organization in Atlantic City is seeking a Youth Engagement Support Specialist (YESS) to provide strength-based support to young people. The ideal candidate will engage youth, guide them in achieving their success plans, and document their progress. Responsibilities include daily engagement activities, crisis intervention, and fostering a supportive environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

This position offers an hourly rate of $18.71 and is part-time, on-call per-diem.
