Security Officer - Reception Desk Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies at the front desk;
Monitor building access points from the front desk, verify identification and/or authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and vendor logs;
Respond to incidents, alarms and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, notify the appropriate contacts, and support emergency response activities as required by post orders;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations and/or maintenance hazards, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and property management;
Operate front desk systems such as phones, intercoms, radios, CCTV monitors and access control software, and complete required reports and documentation before end of shift
