Security Officer - Part-Time Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to identify hazards or policy concerns for follow-up;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or public responders as directed;
Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor direction and way finding, and help to maintain orderly movement within the location in accordance with posted rules and site procedures;
Complete detailed reports of patrol findings, incidents, and service calls, and communicate observations promptly to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives
