. This part‑time position provides security, crowd control, and exceptional guest service in a dynamic casino environment.

• Patrol nightlife venues, showroom, retail outlets, and special events to preserve order among patrons and protect property.
• Respond to all emergencies (fire alarms, medical aid, criminal incidentsdracht, etc.) to give necessary assistance.
• Circulate among customers to prevent improper activities, detect disturbances, and safeguard furnishings.
• Warn customers of infractions and evict them tactfully; if necessary, remove them by force.
• Observe, report, and take action on suspicious or unusual situations.؛س ل
• Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct, free of any questionable association.
• Create a customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty.
• Practice teamwork and support fellow associates to create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
• Demonstrate Family Style Service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel/casino or law enforcement is preferred.
• Handcuff/Restraint Training and Liquor Liability Training required.
• Ability to handle all types of customer‑related situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to investigate incidents and complete written reports.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License preferred.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledge of the Casino Control Act, company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

21.00 Per Hour
