Golden Nugget - 600 Huron Ave. [Restaurant Server / Crew Member] As a Banquet Server at Golden Nugget, you'll:
Deliver and serve food & beverage items to banquet guests;
Assist and prepare in set up of the banquet area prior to guest arrival to ensure room design is executed correctly;
Anticipate guests' service needs;
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
Maintain cleanliness and condition of stations, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines;
Maintain complete knowledge of the daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, amount of people, etc.
