Responsible for processing guest orders, bagging orders, wrapping sandwiches, and preparing food and beverages. By focusing on your goals and responsibilities, while striving for improvement, you make the difference.

• Accurately handles cash, credit, and comp transactions.
• Assists with dressing sandwiches.
• Maintains clean work area, levels of supplies and other duties at the direction of management.
• Responsible for maintaining all established service standards.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all front and back of house areas in the outlet.
• Adheres to department and hotel policies and cashiering procedures.
• Relays any guest compliments and complaints to the Manager.
• Makes coffee and specialty drinks.
• Bakes donuts.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the outlet. Ensures work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with city and state health department codes.
• Maintains cleanliness of counters, beverage dispensing units, merchandising display cabinets and shelves, floors, and dining room tables/condiment areas.
• Collects all soiled pots, pans, serving utensils, washes and restacks on shelves.
• Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse.
• Knows sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
