As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, delivering the best drink possible to both customers and servers. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Support bar operations to ensure efficient service for the team.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
• Committed to making an impact on the customer experience.
• Physical ability to remain stationary, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen up to 30 times per shift.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.

• Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift, depending on flow of business.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
