Understand the guests needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner;
Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals;
Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation;
Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc;
Be responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies.
