Bars Team Member

The Bar Back plays a crucial role in supporting the bar and kitchen operations by stocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. This position demands physical stamina, strong English skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the bar, monitoring inventory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Flexibility, maturity, and willingness to handle a variety of tasks are essential, along with weekend availability and readiness to adapt to changing business needs in a beach bar setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers and correctly 'ing them.
• Having knowledge of the various venues.
• Making change for customers.
• Responsibly serving alcoholic beverages and other items.

An outgoing personality and a positive attitude are required.
