Overview
Seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to support nephrology patients in Newton, NJ.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient education in accordance with regulations.
- Assist with dialysis rounding, CKD clinics, hospital rounds, and on-call duties, primarily weekdays with occasional weekends.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes and communication.
- Travel between clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals required.
- Must be licensed, certified, and have at least two years of clinical experience; CKD experience preferred.
Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance. Compensation ranges from $109,000 to $125,000 annually.
