Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff on your shift
Deliver compassionate nursing care in line with resident care plans and physician orders
Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation accuracy
Observe and report changes in resident health and emotional status
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Promote compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-focused work environment
Active Licened Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in the state of New Jersey
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
A resident-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
