Vent Unit Nurse Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Provide comprehensive care to residents with ventilator needs
- Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function
- Work closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care plans
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
Note:
Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
What We Look For:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience with ventilator-dependent patients preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
