• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
