- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ventilator-dependent residents
- Monitor respiratory status and ventilator equipment for safety and function
- Collaborate closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Document care accurately and ensure compliance with individualized care plans
- Offer support and education to residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients strongly preferred
- Solid clinical and assessment skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to delivering resident-centered care
