ResponsibilitiesThe CMO of Restless Leafs Inc. is instrumental in developing high-level strategies and in-depth communication planning methods. With you leading the company’s communication team, you help shape Restless Leafs Inc.’s voice online and off-line. You set the department’s goals and measurement strategies. External and internal communication are important, as you treat each as a priority. As CMO, you make high-level decisions and determine the long-term strategy of the company.
While overseeing Restless Leafs Inc. you’re responsible for keeping the company aligned with overall vision and strategy.

Duties- Strategic Planning and Oversight:
Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term business objectives. - Brand Management:
Define, champion, and maintain the Restless Leafs brand identity, voice, and positioning across all external and internal touchpoints. - Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the entire marketing and communications department, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation. - Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and initiatives to maximize ROI. - Campaign Development:
Direct the creation and implementation of all marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, content, PR, social media) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Market Analysis & Insights:
Conduct regular market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet customer needs to inform strategy. - Performance Measurement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the marketing department and regularly report on campaign effectiveness and progress toward goals. - Internal Communications:
Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure all employees are informed about the company's direction, brand standards, and key initiatives. - Technology Integration:
Evaluate and implement marketing technology (Mar Tech) solutions to enhance operational efficiency, data analysis, and campaign execution. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the President, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated go-to-market strategies. - Public Relations and Media: Act as a key spokesperson for the company, managing media relations, crisis communications, and enhancing the company's public image.
