- Section 8 knowledge required
- Tax Credit Experience
- Customer Service and People Skills
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Management Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Innovative problem-solving approaches
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Real Page One Site experience is helpful
- ARM certification a plus
- 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager
