Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Handles advanced levels of repair and maintenance of all slot machines and associated equipment;
Performs required adjustments and repairs to all peripheral equipment resulting in maintaining the department's maximum efficiency;
Oversees and assists in the installation, repair and maintenance of the SDS, specialty and progressive systems and bill changers;
Investigates all customer complaints relating to the operation of slot machines;
Provides on the job technical support and training to various positions within Slot Operations
