We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with strong Healthcare Provider domain expertise to support payroll implementation, optimization, and parallel payroll validation. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configurations, complex payroll parallel runs, and compliance with healthcare‑specific payroll requirements such as shift differentials, on‑call pay, union rules, and multi‑state taxation.

• Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and support for healthcare provider organizations
• Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and payroll flows
• Execute and manage Payroll Parallel Runs (legacy vs Oracle Fusion) ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Analyze payroll variances during parallel testing and drive resolution with functional and technical teams

• 10+ years of payroll consulting experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Strong hands‑on experience in Payroll Parallel Testing and Validation
• Proven experience working with Healthcare Provider payroll environments
• Expertise in:
  • Payroll elements, balances, and fast formulas
  • Payroll flows and costing
  • Retro pay and off‑cycle payroll
• Solid understanding of US Payroll, including multi‑state tax rules
• Experience integrating payroll with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and HR modules
• Strong analytical and payroll reconciliation skills
