** THE JOB:
** As a spa concierge at Borgata, your primary responsibility will be to carry out a range of clerical and administrative duties. You will perform all tasks in accordance with departmental guest service standards and the policies, practices, and procedures of MGM Resorts International, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
* Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
* Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
* Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
* Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
* Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
* Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
